Utilized leadership skills to cooperate, problem-solve, and negotiate with project teams, SMEs, and clients to improve SOP’s. Conducted and evaluated needs assessments, including learner and tasks analysis to assess workflow, data recording, and inventory requisitions. Utilized the ADDIE model to create instructional e-Learning and blended projects on LMS’s to improve onboarding. Worked with SMEs to develop cost-effective training sequences for orientations. Multitasked on multiple projects and adapted to different conditions to meet deadlines; and is pleasant, easy going, and enjoys working with the team, or as an individual.

Training and cognitive strategies were utilized with adult learning and behavioral learning methodologies to close performance gaps for documenting accurate data. Blended learning activities were designed by utilizing multimedia platforms and authoring tools to create comprehensive, engaging learning environments for new employee training. And, CLER, surveys, and Kirkpatrick’s evaluation structures were incorporated into the learning/training process for ongoing improvements and upkeep.
