Utilizing the instructional design process allowed me to make great instructional design programs, whiles fostering trust, innovative growth, and leadership development in a creative consulting environment. Moreover, project needs assessments, utilizing the “ADDIE model” to create instructional materials based on organizational structure and culture, were always resourcefully conducted and evaluated. The development of cost-effective training regiments that met deadlines were accomplished by multitasking projects and working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs).

Effective leadership skills, to cooperate, problem-solve, and negotiate with project teams and clients, were cleverly applied. On-the-job training strategies, to close employee performance gaps and development issues, were creatively executed using LMS. Finally, multimedia constructs and authoring tools were integrated to create training and evaluation systems for positive return-on-investment (ROI) outcomes.

In addition, I coordinated, scheduled and managed workloads without supervision. Collaborated with supervisors concerning new staff hires, training, and performance management. Worked closely with the team to facilitate qualitative results. Employed cooperative leadership skills to ensure optimum work performance and cohesive interpersonal relationships within the team.
